The Cemala foundation commissioned husband-and-wife artist team Crystal Schenk and Shelby Davis of Crash Studio in Portland, Ore., to create the series of sculptures celebrating Greensboro’s civic pride, history and vision. The bollards, installed in the building’s Washington Street plaza, are made of cast glass and concrete.
